We begin with a 90 minute discovery session to really get to know one another, identify your overarching goals and map out a personalized action plan. From there, we'll meet for 50 minutes 3x a month for either 3 or 6 months (you choose the commitment length).

I specialize in working with single women, however, if you like my vibe & coaching style, feel free to set up a sample session to see if we'd be a good fit. I'm happy to work with anyone who is ready to make a change!

Great question! In short, "Coaching primarily focuses on the present and moving into the future whereas therapy emphasizes and dwells on the past." Many of my clients are also in therapy and view coaching as a positive supplement. If at any point I believe you'd be better off seeking therapy vs coaching, I'll refer you to a medical professional in accordance with my ICF ethical guidelines.
